What does the cost of invisalign include?

I have been giving estimates for invisalign treatment by three seperate dentists. They are all relatively the same, as is the length of treatment. I am just wondering what is actually icnluded in the cost. Is this everything or will there be any last minute costs which could bang up the price?

Is it normal for the bite to change during invisalign?

Is it normal for the bite to change slightly during invisalign treatment? I am just down to get teeth straightened, but my bite feels different as well. Should I be worried that this is a side-effect of the aligners?

What qualifications should I look for in an invisalign provider?

Does invisalign help to improve TMJ?

I am wearing invisalign aligners to help straighten my teeth. However, I have also had an improvement with mr TMJ since wearing the aligners and can not even recall the last time my jaw made that horrible popping sound. I was not expecting this to happen. Is invisalign known for being able to help with this condition, or is this just a lucky side-effect?

What can I do to stop grinding teeth when wearing aligners?

I clench and grind my teeth at night and was wearing a mouth guard to help. But now I have invisalign. My dentist said the trays would be okay and that they would help to limit grinding. But when I wake up my teeth are sore and my jaw aches somewhat. Is there any special product I can buy to use with the trays at night?

Is it normal for gums and teeth to ache with new aligners?
