Is me taking out aligners regularly stretching and tearing them?

INFO:ive noticed that my invisaligns have been getting small cracks and tearing(Small/Big pieces coming off).The Reason why is my habit of taking them off and its prob. stretching the aligners to make the cracks and stuff. The ones i now are bad(The top aligner are in 3 pieces in bad shape like most of its torn and the bottom is together, but tearing). Anyway, Since my aligners come next week, is it ok to leave the invisalign’s that im wearing out until the next ones come? and Is there anyway to stop this habit? Thanks

Is the clenching of teeth a common occurence with invisalign?
