Q.
I have only just started invisalign treatment but already have a question. When I put my aligners on and am wearing them they do not feel like they are properly on. I mean, if feels like they are a bit loose to how they should be. I have tried pushing down but don’t want to do so too hard for fear of breaking them?

I amm currently looking into invisalign and have read about something called clincheck which gives you something like a view to how treatment will go? Could you elaborate on this and tell me when i would get to see it if i were to go ahead with invisalign?

On occasion I go to parties and take out my aligners for drikning and other shenanignas, and do not adhere to the recommended time of 22 hours. if this happens i will usually wear the aligners for about 16 horus. This does not happen very often but is it okay to do this every now and then? what would you say is the minimum a person should wear their aligners to make sure they are getting results?

I know you are supposed to wear the aligners for abut 22 hours a day but I have not been doing so. I only wear them when I go to bed which means that I wear them for about 8 hours. I am about halfway through treatment and they still fit fine but I can see that there is a bit of space between my aligner and teeth and that the teeth are not exactly where they should be according to the aligner. What can I do about this? I have been unable to see my dentist for quite some time because I am away but I fear I have messed the treatment up? My teeth have improved somewhat but are not as good as they should be I think.
