Could abscess be caused by wearing braces?

Hi I got abscess over tooth, while I am wearing Invisalign. Got antibiotics, abscess healed..now I got new set of braces and suddenly abscess is back again. Dentist said I should still wear them. I am sure abscess is from pressure from braces. Is it ok, just wear braces, when I have abscess? It is not huge abscess.. Thank you.,
