I’m worried that my office job is going to affect my invisalign treatment, any advice?

i\’m currently employed at an office and i\’m going to undergo invisalign. I know you have to take out your trays and clean them every time you drink something or whatever but i\’m going to find it very difficult. i can\’t keep leaving my workplace every time i have some coffee so what do you recommend i should do?? thank you,

I have been told that I need attachments, are they visible on the back teeth?

I’ve ruined both of my aligners by accident, what should I do?
