When I clean my teeth and put my gums in I have started to notice drops of blood gathering up. I am worried what this could mean. This is very new and a problem I have not had before to my knowledge.

Will I need to change my diet in any way when I start invisalign? I have theree meals a day as you would expect but I also have a few snacks here and there. Is there any food that I should not eat and I have heard that it can be difficult to snack as you have to clean your teeth and gums every time you eat?

I am about to start invisalign and just had a question about the kind of diet you should have during this. Is there any kind of food or drink that you try to stay away from and any good substitutes for such things? I know things like chewing gum would obvisouly be a bad idea but what else?

I have had one attachment that keeps falling off no matter how many times my dentist trys to put another one on. It is the same one every single time. Will this have a negative effect on the treatment? I am down to get another few put in this week.
