I have invisalign attachments on my front 6 teeth

hello I am not happy with my invisalign attachments my dentist has put buttons on my 6 front teeth and he did not tell me anything about this before starting treatment everyone looks at my teeth strange and asks “what are those blobs on your teeth” Is there any way i can have this treatment without having the attachments on all six teeth? maybe just on 3 instead or are all of them needed?

I brush my teeth and the aligners with toothpaste each time I take them out, but I’m paranoid about bad breath and want to find the best method to use for cleaning my invisalign aligners. should i soak them in mouthwash when im not wearing them?
