Can I have invisalign even though I have had fixed braces before?

Q.
When I was in my teens I wore a fixed appliance to fix my crooked teeth. At the time I also had to have four teeth removed to make room. Now I am in my late twenties and my teeth have become crooked again though not as bad. Do you know if Invisalign can help me? Will the same problem not just happen again after years?

My dentist has said I will need refinements. Is this normal?

My dentist has said that I am going to need two refinements at the end of my invisalign. My teeth look okay but I am only too happy to get the job done completely. How often is it that invislaign users need to have refinements and how many do they normally need?

Can invisalign treat teeth that overlap?

Q.
My bottom teeth are quite crooked and overlap one another a bit. I have never had braces and am now 20 years olf. Do you know if Invisalign would be a good option to get them treated? My bottom jaw is quite small and there is little room, whuich is why I have already had to have my wisdom teeth removed as they came through so crooked and were causing further trouble. I would really appreciate your advice on this matter.

Can invisalign treat teeth that are sideways?

Q.
My upper tooth, the tooth on the left next to the two front ones is crooked, and i m mead sideways if you know what I mean. I have read that invisalign can be limited in treating certain levels of crookedness but I was hoping you could tell me if it can treat this abnormality? Do you happen to know any good dentists in Southampton for Invisalign? Thanks!

Can invisalign fix misaligned teeth in 6 months?

Can clincheck only be seen at dentist?

Is the clinccheck that you get with your invisalign treatment only able to be seen at the dentist? I want to see mine again and was hopning my dentist could send an attachment in an email or something. Do you know if this is possible?

Can invisalign help to stop me smoking?

Q.
I am going to get invisalign to fix the slight crookedness of my teeth and have been okay’d my the dentist. I am also going to try and use this opportunity to help me stop smoking. Do you know if any of your patients have been helped out by having the aligners at the same time? I suppose it makes it harder to do so and also cuts out snacks that you may try to replace the nicotene with.

Can invisalign treat teeth that are sideways?

I really like invisalign and think they are the best discreet choice. But can they treat teeth that have moved sideways? There is not really any crowding as far as I know but one of my teeth close to the front is sideways. It looks horrible and I really want to get it sorted. If I can not get invisalign would I maybe be able to start with metal braces and then do invisalign to finish the job?
