Does the cost of Invisalign braces depend on the level of work needed?

I was wondering about the general overall cost of the Invisalign brace, is it the same for all people or does it differ depending on the work needed?

In your opinion would Invisalign be able to help with my impacted canines?

I have two impacted canines. I have seen an orthodontist about this and he gave me a number of options.

-Clear ceramic braces and expose and ligate my canines to bring them down.
- Invisalign and remove my canines.
- metal braces and expose and ligate my canines.

I am unsure which path to choose. Ideally I would like to choose the one which is least obvious and most effective but that sounds a bit like having my cake and eating it.

Any advice?

I have been told only metal braces can improve jaw alignment. Can Invisalign not help me?

Dear Dr Raj

I have had two consultations at seperate dentists and the Dr’s have said that the way my upper jaw has grown from birth to now (26 years), that only metal braces would be suitable.

My two front teeth stick out a bit but otherwise they are all ok. Can you help with a nice smile?

How accurate is treatment time for Invisalign?

How accurate are the predictions of treatment time? my dentist has said 18 mptnhs which I could handle, however if it starts getting on towards 2-3 years i’m not sure I could be bothered.

Are there many things I won’t be able to do when I get Invisalign?

I am getting invisalign in a few weeks, is there anyhting that you can’t do or can’t do as much once you get the aligners? I’m trying to squueze in all the vices I can before the braces arrive, any you can suggest?

I don’t want jaw surgery, though I was recommended it. Could Invisalign work?

I want for an Invisalign consultation because I would like to straigten my teeth (which aren’t particularly bad). The dentist said that I had a problem with my bite which only jaw surgery could solve. I DEFINITELY do not want to get jaw surgery. Could I go ahead with the Invisalign regardless or should I get a second opinion?
