Should I be worried that attachment has fallen off?

Q.
I am on my eight aligner and my dentist only recently put some attachments on me. Well now I am worried because one of the four has fallen off. My appointment is not for another week so what should I do about it. Just wait and hope it doesn\’t make a difference or should I get in contact with my dentist to see what I should do?,

Would getting a filling affect the fit of aligner?

Q.
I went to my normal dentist for a routine check up and he told me that two of my teeth are going to need fillings and he even told me that this may effect how my aligners fit. Do you have any experience with this and if so could you tell me if this is the case. This has got me worrying that I have ruined my treatment.,
