My aligners break every time I remove them, why is this?

I\’m new to invisalign so I don\’t know why it keeps happening but every time I remove my trays they break! My orthodontist is getting pretty annoyed with me now but I have no idea why it\’s happening and he isn\’t being very helpful! Please can you help me?,
