What is your advice about wearing aligners when playing sport?

Q.
Just got my aligners in and I am quite a sporty person. Football, running and swimming to name a few. What\’s the deal with doing these sports when wearing the aligners in – any danger? What about the chlorine in the swimming pool? I don\’t want to damage the expensive things.,
