I have lost chewy things to get aligner in so is there a better way?

I am concerned Invisalign will make overbite worse but what do you think?

I have recently been for a consultation with an invisalign provider. My two teeth either side of my front two overlap the front two. From what I could gather, invisalign would push the front two (which are straight) forward, rather than pushing the overlapping ones back, thus making my overbite more noticeable. I am concerned that this would give me a more ‘goofy’ appearance than I began with. Many thanks
