Q. Good afternoon, I would be interested in Invisalign. How long does treatment takes and how much does it cost? Thank you,
A. The treatment duration depends on how crooked the teeth are to start off with. The price varies on location and the practice. I would find an Invisalign experienced dentist for more information regarding this.

Q. Hello i don\’t think my aligners are working. i\’m on tray 12/18 and there is no movement, my teeth still look pretty crooked, surely they can\’t be fixed in 6 other treatments if nothing has happened yet! what should i do?,
A. I will suggest you continue and refinements done to get the result you desire

Q. Is Invisalign able to help with problems with the bite or is it specifically for crooked teeth. I am considering this but could you tell me if fixed braces would be the better option? I would of course prefer the discreteness of this brace but want best results as well!,
A. Hello, I am affaraid without seeing it is difficult to tell. I would book an appointment at a Clinic where both treatment options are available and you could find out if you were a candidate for Invislalign. It is true the Invisalign more discrete, more comfortable and hardly effects the patient`s everyday life.

Q. Hey, i\’m considering invisalign but there is one factor that\’s bothering me. The thing is my bottom teeth are crooked and overcrowded but my top teeth are perfect really, even my dentist said they were in great condition. I don\’t want to have the aligners on both sets of teeth. I only want them on the bottom teeth, if they\’re put on the top they might ruin the lovely teeth that are there. Can i have invisalign JUST on the bottom jaw?? thank you,
A. Yes. You can have a single arch treatment with Invisalign.

Q. does the price of invisalign depend on how many trays you need? OR is it one set price for everyone? i\’m just wondering because my teeth are in a bad way, they\’re very crooked but i can\’t afford to pay a fortune, thanks.,
A. Prices for invisalign can vary, it depends on how long treatment is going to be and how complex the treatment is. Most practices now offer finance options to help you spread the cost of treatment over 12months to 5 years.

Q. i will be getting married early next year and hoping to get my slightly crooked teeth sorted before then so i can smile proudly on the big day. is the invisalign treatment quick enough to do this. what kind of lenght of wearing them am i looking at?,
A. Treatment time with invisalign varies greatly depending on the severity of the case. An average case takes about 9-15 months.

Q. im wondering if invisalign is right for me. my 2 top front teeth are straight but my lateral incisor on both side are abit pushed back and the rest are bassically fine, alittle crooked…. My bottom teeth is where the problem is at, my 1 central incisor is pushed out and is over lapping my other central incisor abit and my lateral incisor is beind the central incisor touching it abit, then my canine is over lapin my lateral incisor in the front abit, so if you could picture it, my 3 teeth on the bottom on one side are \”overlapping\” eachother and they are all touching and my first premolar\’s on both sides are pushed in siverly pushed in… just wondering if invisalign is good for me, i dont think that the bottoms are right for invisalign but mabey i could get invisalign for my top teeeth and braces for the bottom, but idunno if that would work, i would like to hear you opinion,
A. If you have 6000 pounds then yes you could follow your suggestion! My preference would be Invisalign top and bottom with an experienced practitioner for about 3500-4000. My opinion is based on 6 years clinical experience and with 500 completed full arch, top and bottom cases. If you are in London fee;l free to take advantage of my expertise Dr R Kumar BDSLDSRCS

Q. Hi, can you please help me with some advice? My upper wisdom teeth are coming through and i have my aligners in at the moment. The problem is one of my wisdom teeth are very crooked and they\’re pushing the other teeth out, making them look crooked. What can i do? should i have it extracted? it\’s making my teeth look bad again, i\’ve been on the invisalign treatment for a ages now and i\’m worried i\’ll have to start it all over again because of my wisdom teeth! thanks for your time,
A. It is highly unlikely that the wisdom tooth is moving the other teeth so noticeably. The wisdom tooth should be removed if it is posing a problem. Not much use if you already have enough teeth Dr R Kumar

Q. My teeth are quite crooked in my whole mouth, the front and the back. Is there any type of brace i could use? I don\’t want the brace to be noticeable since I have very low-self esteem.. i\’ve heard about invisalign, can this help me? thanks,
A. It sounds like Invisalign can help you! I would see an Invisalign dentist for a consultation to see if the treatment is suitable.

Q. hi dr, i know this is a long shot but my teeth are crooked and need straightening. i really want Invisalign but i can not afford them. is there any way i get them cheaper?,
A. You could consider finance to help you spread the costs over 1-5 years or consider options like 6 month braces.
