Q. hello, i\’ve finished the invisalign treatment (nearly) currently needing refinements to fix a few annoying teeth. Thing is they don\’t seem to be working, my front tooth is still crooked and won\’t move! i\’m on the 5/8 refinements and beginning to get very worried. what should i do?,
A. Go and seeyour dentist you may need a second refinement, the tooth may need an attachment placed on it. The other solution can be very short term fixed braces.

Q. my teeth are in a good and healthy condition and i take care of my teeth very well. but there is this one tooth at the front of my mouth that is crooked and it ruions what i think could be a nice smile. is invisalign a good choice to get this tooth fixed. what would you say dr patel?
A. I think invisalign is a great option to straighten your teeth. In order to straighten that one tooth the ones will need to be moved around as well.

Q. One of the teeth next to my two front teeth is crooked. It makes me hate my smile but the rest of my teeth are in a good position. Can you tell me if it is worth getting invislaign or if i should just have a different treatment as it is only the one tooth. Thank you for your time,.
A. It is difficult to say without an examination.
It depends on several factors such as the available space. how far from the arch line, cost etc

Q. One of my front teeth sticks out before the other one. I hate the look of it but it does not affect my bite. Would invisalign be the best choice or do you know of anything better as it is only the one tooth?
A. Invisalign or 6 month smile or maybe an inman aligner could treat you, find a dentist who does multiple types of braces so you can get the best treatment for your individual situation.

Q. first do u do monthly payment, secondly i am getting married in july i have lots of space in my teeth and my front teeth is shooting out can it be rectified before july
A. Dear Sir/Madam, yes we do monthly payments upto 3 years. As for getting teeth aligned before July, probably yes or at least 80 %. Difficult without seeing you. One cannot move the teeth too quickly withjout fear of bone resorption, but if we can start your treatment then you may be almost there by July.

Q. Would you be able to tell me if is is true that invislaign can only be used to fix minor teeth abnormalities. This was not a dentist who told me but a friend so I wanted to get this matter cleared up. Is invisalign pretty limited in terms of what it can treat, say quite crooked teeth for example?
A. Ur friend is misinformed
Invisalign can treat most irregularities; it just depends on which dentist is treating you
