I LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA , I HAVE HAD THE INVISALIGN BRACES FOR 11 MONTHS CIRCA. I HAVE AN UNDERBITE AND CROSSBITE . THE CROSSBITE APPEARS RECTIFIED , I STILL HAVE THE UNDERBITE MALOCCLUSION CLASS 111. FIRST QUESTION : THE UPPER TEETH I HAD 12 ALIGNERS , I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY WERE ADEQUATE , ONLY TWO BUTTONS ON RIGHT NON ON LEFT . DURING TREATMENT NEVER REALLY FELT THAT THE ALIGNERS WERE STRAIGHTINING THE FRONT TEETH ADEQUATELY . WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE , SHOULD THE ORTHODONTIST NOT RESUBMIT MY PRESENT IMPRESSIONS AND REQUEST FURTHER ALIGNERS ? I WOULD BELIEVE THIS SHOULD BE A FAIR APPROACH. YOUR COMMENT. sECOND QUESTION TO WHAT DEGREE SHOULD THE ALIGNERS HAVE RECTIFIED MY CLASS THREE MALOCCLUSUION ? CAN YOU KINDLY ASSIST

When I go out for a night out drinking would you recommend that I leave my aligners out during this time. They would need to be out for about 5 hours and I was wondering how bad this would be in terms of the results I am aiming for?

I am to have my consultation next week for invisalign, but my normal dentist has told me that I will be fine to undergo invisalign treatment. Would you be able to tell me how long from consultation, taking moulds and getting aligners it takes?

When putting my aligner back in this morning I noticed that there is a small tear in it. Should I be worried? It is really small so I doubt it can have any affect, but why would the tear have occurred in the first place?

I am moving from Manchester to Birmingham, but am worried about what effect this will have on my invisalign treatment. I am half way through my treatment, so don’t want to waste the money and time I have spent on it. Should I change orthodontists or is it better for me to travel back to Manchester?
