Hi there, I just got my invisaligns today and i have though of some questions.. Can you brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush if your dentist has put attachments on your teeth? will the electric tooth brush make the attachments come off or become loose? second can i work out at the gym with my invisaligns on? Also i go to the dry sauna quite often after my workouts.. can I go into the sauna with my invisaligns on? or will it melt the plastic?,
