Q. I\’ve been looking into all of the clear type aligners/invisible braces but can\’t seem to find out much information about them. Could you please tell me why invisalign is the best invisible brace and if I\’d be suitable for it? I have a class 2 overbite, overcrowded bottom teeth and one very stubborn molar tooth that has twisted the other way around. Thank you.,
A. Hello, Invisalign might be an option for you but I would advise a consultation with a dentist who could evaluate your bite.

Q. hello i\’ve had fixed braces on before and they haven\’t fixed my overbite although my teeth are now perfectly straight! My friend suggested i try invisalign, can it fix my overbite? Have you treated anyone with invisalign and managed to fix their overbite any advice would be great thank you :),
A. I have fixed overbites it takes time they are often better treated with fixed braces.

Q. Does invisalign only straighten your teeth? or can it correct overbites and other problems with your jaw/teeth?? Is this why it\’s so expensive?,
A. Invisalign can help correct lots of problems including teeth with spaces, crowded teeth, correcting overbites etc The main reason why it is priced the way it is, is because of the technology, research and design in fabrication of the aligners. Aesthetically the appearance is excellent and they are removable.

Q. Will the bite problem be automatically fixed after the invisalign treatment is finished/wearing the retainer? Is there any way to correct bite problems while having the invisalign treatment by the patient and/or by orthodontics? Thanks!,
A. Overbites can be corrected but it depends on the severity of the overbite. Deeper overbites can be corrected with Damon Braces or Lingual Braces and in some rare cases, they can only be fully corrected with surgery

Q. I have had bad experience with braces before in that they didn\’t get the job done properly and left me with an overbite that has been the vain of my life. I am concerned that Invisalign is just going to leave me with similar problems, if you could possibly ease my worries.,
A. Invisalign can improve overbite but it would depend on how large the overbite is and how much you wanted to correct it. It would be best to see an Invisalign certified dentist for a consultation.

A. If you have surgery to correct the overbite, Invisalign may help. It would be best to see an orthodontist who does Invisalign for a consultation.

A. It is very difficult to say if you are an ideal candidate for invisalign without a clinical and radiographical examination. Not everyone can have invisalign and I tend to use Damon Braces for more complex cases. Therefore I would recommend having a consultation with a dentist that can carry out different forms of orthodontics treatments to fully explore all your options
