Does a child sucking their thumb affect teeth development?

How long will a crown typically last?

I got a crown for one of my teeth when it got broken off. I had to get the whole tooth removed through surgery. This was around two years ago. When I go to the dentist she says the crown is holding up well, which makes me worry about how long it will actually last. She did mention the option of an implant when we first discussed what I could do, but I chose a crown becuase it was cheaper. How long do crowns typically last?

Is it possible to straighten teeth without need for filing them?

I really dont want my teeth filed, but want invisalign. My top 2 front teeth are overlapped causing spaces either side, my bottom teeth 3 are crooked but i dont mind them not getting them straightened. Do lower dentures fit less well than upper dentures?

I currently wear complete upper dentures and they fit fine, after an initial time of uncomfortableness. However, my bottom teeth are not in particularly good condition either, but I would rather not get dentures for them as I have heard they fit less well than upper dentures. Are there any other options available, or am I hearing wrong in the first place?
