Hello i\’m experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort from my new aligners (13/21) upper jaw, my teeth are aching a lot and my gums are very tender too. Why is this? Is there anything I can do to ease the pain? I\’ve noticed a little blood on my aligners too!,
